Refund policy
1) RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns for eligible merchandise that is:

Requested within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking)

Unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

In original packaging, including all parts/hardware, inserts, and accessories

In new, resalable condition
Items showing signs of installation, use, wear, damage, or modification may be refused and returned to the customer, or may receive a partial refund where permitted.
2) RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
3) NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are final sale and not eligible for return (unless defective or we shipped the wrong item):
- Clearance / Final Sale items
- Stickers, Patches, and Apparel
- Gift cards
- Any item not returned in new, resalable condition
4) SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST
For your convenience, we use a Self-Serve Returns System for return requests.
To start a return:
- View your Orders
- Select Request return
- Select items from your order that you are requesting to return.
- Select the reason for your return via the dropdown.
- Input details in the notes field (Optional, but highly encouraged to process your return faster)
- Once your return request has been submitted for review, please allow up to 48 hours for us to review it.
- Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email.
If you experience issues using the Self-Serve Returns System, contact us at [support@drewmeyerdefense.com] with Return and your Order Number in the subject line.
5) RETURN SHIPPING
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Drew Meyer Defense is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, see Section 8 below.
6) RESTOCKING FEE
Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee on a case-by-case basis. The restocking fee helps cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.
The restocking fee is deducted from your refund total after the return is received and inspected.
7) REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable
- In some cases, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the item subtotal
- Return shipping costs are not refundable
Processing time: Please allow up to 14 days from the date the return is delivered to us for inspection and processing (often faster). Actual posting time may vary by your bank/payment provider.
8) DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)
- A brief description of the issue
When verified, we will provide a resolution at no cost to you, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
9) EXCHANGES
We don’t offer traditional exchanges through the Self-Service Returns System. If you need a different item/variant, the fastest method is to:
- Submit a return (if eligible), and
- Place a new order for the correct item.
If the exchange is needed due to our error (wrong item shipped), we’ll make it right.
10) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping
- Any applicable duties/taxes/fees (non-refundable and outside our control)
