Cable Management Rail Cover

The Cable Management Rail Cover (CMRC) introduces our highly anticipated M-LOK Rail Cover (MRC) variants, which feature integrated cable management channels that accommodate all industry-standard switch wires. Each CMRC features 8 separate entry/exit channels and measures in at 80mm length or 2 M-LOK sections on your handguard.

Each end of the rail cover is optimized with half-channels to help the user wrap excess cable around the exterior of the cover, further increasing the number of configurations in which switch cables can be routed through the CMRC. Every channel within the interior is smooth and rounded, ensuring there are absolutely zero sharp edges that may induce unnecessary stress or "bite" switch cables. Furthermore, two intersecting channels run horizontally through the cover, allowing the user to route cable across, while the two vertically running channels allow multiple switches to be run through the panel at once.

Each CMRC is secured with M-LOK hardware and two 10-24 1/8" Hex countersunk screws. There are two textures to choose from: our cold-weather-optimized omnidirectional Knurled texture, which is very aggressive, and our new SCAPL™ texture, a more subtle, tactile option popularized by our Talon Micro Handstop.

These cable management rail covers come in at an impressive 0.246"/6.25mm height above the hand guard when installed for the Knurled Texture and 0.226"/5.75mm for the SCAPL™ texture, making them some of the lowest-profile cable management M-LOK covers on the market!

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Do not exceed 5in. lbs We recommend applying blue loctite to screws and securing until hand-tight. Over-tightening screws will damage the CMRC.
